Who sends these messages
Reclaimr LLC, a Hero Group LLC company, 811 Stiles Court, Joppa, MD 21085. Questions about this program: support@reclaimr.ai.
Program: Reclaimr Sales
Messages are sent from (443) 952-4052 by a Reclaimr sales or onboarding representative, to shop owners and managers who asked Reclaimr to contact them and who gave permission to be texted at the mobile number they provided – either verbally on a telephone call, or by ticking an optional consent box, unticked by default, on a Reclaimr form.
| What we send | Demo confirmations with the date, time and join link; scheduling and rescheduling of that demo; account setup and onboarding links; answers to product questions the person raised; and one check-in during a free trial offering setup help. |
| How often | Up to 5 messages per month. |
| Cost | Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase. |
| How to stop | Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT and REVOKE also work. We send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe. |
| How to get help | Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email support@reclaimr.ai. |
How we ask your permission
Permission is given by one person at a time, in one of the three ways below. There is no text-in keyword for this program. We do not buy or rent lists and we do not accept lead data from list sellers, affiliates or any other third party: every number we text was given to Reclaimr by the person it belongs to, on a Reclaimr call or a Reclaimr form. Ticking a consent box is never required to submit a form, book a demo or buy anything – a person who leaves it unticked still gets the call or email they asked for, and is not texted.
1. Verbally, on a telephone call
On this path we only text people who have spoken with a representative and said yes on that call. Before asking, the representative reads the following aloud, word for word:
“Before we wrap up, would it be alright if I text you at this number? This is Reclaimr. I’d send your demo confirmation, the setup link, and answers to what we went over today – up to 5 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP any time to stop the texts, or HELP for help, and we never sell or share your number. Do I have your permission to text you at [your number, repeated back to you]?”
If you say anything other than yes, we do not text you.
2. On a Reclaimr lead form in a Facebook or Instagram advertisement
A person who taps a Reclaimr advertisement opens a Reclaimr lead form asking for their full name, email address, mobile number, ZIP code and company name. After those fields, on a step of its own headed “Text Messages about your demo”, sits a separate consent box. It is unticked by default, it is optional, and the form can be submitted without it. Reclaimr’s Privacy Policy is linked on that same step, directly below the box. The disclosure reads, word for word:
“Text me about my demo. By checking this box, I agree Reclaimr may call or send me automated text messages at the number provided to schedule and follow up on my demo, up to 5 per month. Consent isn't required to buy. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
The box itself is labelled “Yes, text me about my demo. (optional)”. Only a ticked box produces a lead we may text.
3. On the Reclaimr booking page at reclaimr.ai/book
A person who books a demo at reclaimr.ai/book chooses a time and gives their first and last name, shop name, email address and mobile number. Beneath the mobile number field sits a consent box, unticked by default and optional, that the booking can be completed without. It reads, word for word:
“I agree to receive product and demo texts from Reclaimr; up to 5 per month; msg & data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out; my mobile info is never sold or shared.”
Ticking that box also turns on text reminders for the meeting itself. Those reminders are sent by the scheduling service that runs our booking calendar, from its own number and under its own terms, not from the Reclaimr number above. Everything else described on this page is sent from that Reclaimr number.
What we record when you say yes
A permission has to be recorded before it can be used, and the record holds the name given, the mobile number it was given for, the exact wording that was shown on screen or read aloud, the date and time, and where the permission came from – the representative who asked on the call, or the form the box was ticked on. We do not text a number we hold no permission for, and we do not text a number that has asked us to stop.
Consent records are never edited or deleted once written. They are kept for at least four years and are available to the mobile carriers on request.
Other Reclaimr messages
If you ticked an SMS box while setting up a Reclaimr account, that is a separate program covering account and support notifications; this page describes the sales and onboarding texts described above. Consent to one program is not consent to the other. An opt-out goes the other way: replying STOP stops every Reclaimr messaging program, not only the one you replied to.
Your mobile information
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties, and are not shared with affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. This information is used solely to operate the messaging program you agreed to, including honoring STOP, HELP and START requests and maintaining opt-out and suppression records.
