How much does Reclaimr cost?

Reclaimr has two plans for new shops. Both answer every short pay line by line: you upload both estimates, see every cut line in a Supplement Overview, and get a rebuttal for each line plus a Short Pay Explainer for your customer.
Starter: $199 a month. Includes 10 short pays a month for your whole company. Each short pay after that is $25, and a month never costs more than $549.
Unlimited: $549 a month per location. Unlimited short pays.
On Starter and Unlimited you upload your estimates as PDFs. The Scrub, the Repair Explainer, the CCC ONE connection and Hero Connect are not part of them.
Legacy: $549 a month per location. Shops that were with us before Starter and Unlimited launched keep the Legacy plan: unlimited estimates, with the Scrub, the Repair Explainer, the CCC ONE connection and Hero Connect.
- A short pay counts once per case, when the comparison or the rebuttal first starts on it. A revised insurance estimate or another rebuttal on the same case doesn't count again.
- Your Starter count starts over each month on your billing date.
- Your billing period and price are shown at checkout and on every invoice
- You can cancel at any time
- Starter and Unlimited start with the same free trial: 14 days and up to 3 estimates. You will not be charged until your 14-day trial expires, unless you choose to start your plan early to work more than 3 estimates.
