What if I forget my password?

If you cannot get into Reclaimr, the fastest option is usually the sign-in link.

Go to app.reclaimr.ai, enter your email address, and click Send me a login link. Reclaimr sends you an email from Reclaimr noreply@mail.herogroup.ai with the subject Sign in to Reclaimr.

Click Sign In in that email. The link expires in 15 minutes.

If you want to reset your password

Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page instead. Enter your email and click Send reset instructions. Reclaimr will send a password reset email to the same address.
